Teapot (8oz water): 2.5 level tsp • 205º • Steep for 4 min.
Covered teapots retain more heat, therefore the Teapot method requires less time for steeping.
Add more tea to your taste to make the tea richer or stronger, rather than leaving the tea to steep longer than directed.
The name of the tea made me fear it would be strong, like whiskey. It's actually a very mellow, slightly smokey flavored tea. Overall, its a very smooth delicious tea that my entire family enjoys.
