If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or exchange as described below.
- Items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Any tea products.
- Any opened, used, marked, damaged accessories.
- Gift Cards
- Any products that state they are ineligible on their respective product page
Subscription Boxes Covered by our 30 Day Guarantee
We stand behind our service and our product with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on your first month of your first purchase of Tea Discovery subscription.
If you are not satisfied with your first month of subscription, you may return your box within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to boxes purchased using a special promotion, during a sale, or with a discount code.
The box contents must be photographed prior to shipping back to us to ensure it is complies with our guarantee.
Subscriptions that are cancelled while in transit will be redirected back to us by the shipper.

Tea Replacement Guarantee
We understand that not every tea that you receive as part of your discovery service will be something you love. We'd be happy to replace any tea in your box, and send you a replacement in next month's box.
Please check that you qualify for a tea replacement:
• You are a current subscriber of one of our subscription boxes.
• Your account is in good standing with no current failed payments.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started. We will send you a form to fill out with the current replacements available.
For our Premium subscribers, you will have more options to choose from. We will let you know what's currently available to replace with.
Holiday Return Policy
Gift purchases made between 11/25/16 and 12/25/16 can be returned through 1/25/17. A full refund will be offered for receipted returns (minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other additional charges). An exchange or gift card will be offered for non-receipted returns. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
How do I return a package?
Contact us directly for a return authorization at email@example.com Please pack the items carefully so that they do not break or become damaged.
All returns and exchanges must include the original purchase receipt in the package that was sent via email.
Purchases made with a credit card or debit card can be refunded to the same card. It typically takes 2-4 business days for a credit to appear on your statement after we have received the returned items. If the original form of tender has been lost or stolen, we will issue a check for the full amount of the return from our headquarters and mail it out to you within 30 days.
If the items are lost or damaged in transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file insurance with the respective shipping company.
Field to Cup is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
