This oolong comes from Nantou province, the largest province in the center of Taiwan. It's grown at high elevation, lending itself to a sweeter cup. This fragrant oolong is intoxicating! Notes of buttery sweet lily waft up from your cup, enticing you to take a sip. As the leaves unfurl with each steeping, you'll be met with a buttery smooth sip that's just sweet enough to keep you coming back for more. A very subtle green pine note develops with subsequent steeps.There's an almost custard-like finish.

How to Prepare:
Mug (8oz water):1.5 level tsp • 195º • Steep for 3 min.
Teapot: Recommended Method (8oz water): 1.5 level tsp • 195º • Steep for 3 min.
Resteep: 3 times for 3 min.
Covered teapots retain more heat, therefore the Teapot method requires less time for steeping.
Add more tea to your taste to make the tea richer or stronger, rather than leaving the tea to steep longer than directed.
