We crafted this box to give you at least 2 delicious, low caffeine or caffeine free loose leaf teas every month, plus 2 teas that vary (it's what we like to call the surprise 🎉 part of your box!). We've curated and tested 1,000s of teas to bring you only the best there is to sip.
How do we decide? First, we use the International Standard of Cupping to ensure that your teas are not contaminated, overly oxidized (important if it's a delicate white tea!), or have off-tastes. It's an extra step we've always taken.
Second, we test the teas for ease of steeping. We make sure to provide you with easy-to-follow and specific times for each tea, so you get the best experience. Why? Because we want you to have those, aaaaah moments. 🤤
With each box, you'll get our comprehensive steeping guide, which includes water temperature recommendations to make sure you're steeping your teas at the proper temperature for each cup. We also include mug and teapot guidelines. We do the heavy lifting, so all you need to do is heat up some water and sip away!

When does my first box ship out?
Your first box will ship out within 1-2 business days after your initial purchase.
When will I be charged again?
Your box will renew on the same day you signed up.
How much tea do I get?
You receive 20-32 cups per month. Some teas can be resteeped multiple times.
How do my teas arrive?
Your teas arrive in light and heat proof sealed bags that prevent your tea from getting damaged or contaminated by other flavors in your kitchen. They are resealable!
Is your tea in teabags, or loose?
Our teas are loose leaf teas, and can be steeped in an infuser, tea basket, or teapot. Our T-Sac steeping bags are included in the first box to get you started.
Is this a subscription, or am I purchasing one box?
Our Explorer Low Caffeine box is a subscription, and you will be billed until you pause or cancel from your account. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
Are there any returns?
Unfortunately, we can't accept any returns. However, we do offer free Tea Replacements for subscriptions (they ship in your next box)!
How do I give this as a gift?
Click the "Gift Instantly" button above, and fill in the details. We will send your recipient an email on your behalf (if you chose the email option), or send the gift via text. Your recipient then accepts the gift, and fills in their address details. Contact us anytime to pause or cancel your subscription, just let us know 2 days prior to your renewal date so we can effectively make any changes. If you want to setup a prepaid 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, please contact us at email@example.com.
I purchased the Explorer - Low Caffeine 6 month plan for Christmas. The email was sent to her account on Christmas Day v as promised and within one week her first box arrived. She has already tried 3 of the 4 teas she received and has loved them all. Very glad I went with Field to Cup!
There was a mixup and i received the black tea box instead of the low caffeine box, so this is only a partial review since black tea is not my favorite. My husband drank the organic black tea and really like it, said that the taste was very smooth and subtle. I drank the decaf chai and liked it alot. I contacted customer service for a replacement box for the low caffeine version and they apologized and sent it out. It is currently stuck somewhere in the USPS, probably due to the holiday mail rush. I hope to get it soon to try the herbal teas that I prefer. I gave 5 stars due to the quick response to the box mixup.
