The aroma of this tea begs for a sip! Deep bergamot and cream make this a very bright sip, perfect in the morning. Bergamot can range from very slightly floral to citrusy. This bergamot is more on the floral end, and a bit deeper. You'll enjoy the smooth lingering creamy finish. Feel free to accentuate the cream with a splash of milk, or enjoy it as is.
How to Prepare:
Mug (8oz water):1.5 level tsp • 205º • Steep for 4 min.
Teapot: (8oz water): 1.5 level tsp • 205º • Steep for 3 min.
Add: sweetener and dairy/nut milk to taste
Covered teapots retain more heat, therefore the Teapot method requires less time for steeping.
Add more tea to your taste to make the tea richer or stronger, rather than leaving the tea to steep longer than directed.

This blend of tea is great for special days or a special pick me up! I always use cream in my tea, but this taste is already creamy and hits the spot!
I have sampled earl grey varieties from a few tea subscriptions by now, and this is my favorite one. The addition of the cream flavor really helps to mellow the bergamot flavor, which can sometimes be a little harsh to me. This one is very well balanced, and I can drink it without any sweetener.
Any tea aficionado will tell you adding cream to Earl Grey is an abomination. You may add a touch of lemon, but nothing else -- or so the generally accepted wisdom goes. The pairing of this particular blend is therefor something of a surprise in that it oddly works. There's a definite creaminess that tamps down the mild tart of the bergamot without substantially altering the flavor. A traditional Earl Grey will still be my most frequent "go to," but this is a delightful alternative for those days I desire something slightly tamer.
Delicious- just the right amount of creamy flavor & bergamot.
You know that tea that you reach for when you want simple, familiar, and comforting? This is that tea for me. The mallow flowers soften the bergamot, leading to exactly the right balance of flavor and smoothness. I've drunk Earl Grey tea for years, and this is, hands down, my favorite iteration of it.
